The minimum order value for purchases through our website is ₹3,000.

Customers may select and combine products to meet the minimum order value.

2. Order Processing & Production

Orders are processed after successful order confirmation and payment.

Our standard production and preparation time is generally 2–7 business days after artwork approval, depending on the product and order requirements.

Custom, bulk or specially requested orders may require additional processing time. In such cases, the estimated timeline will be communicated separately.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are payable at the time of delivery and are separate from the product/order amount paid through the website.

Applicable packaging charges may also apply depending on the order.

4. Delivery

We provide delivery services across India.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, shipping carrier, order size, product requirements and other circumstances.

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping provider, delivery is subject to the shipping provider's processes and timelines.

5. Delivery Delays

While we make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address information
Events beyond our reasonable control

Such delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund.
